We are looking for a PURIFICATION DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE - DOWNSTREAM APPLICATIONS to work with our expert Membrane Chromatography Development team with employees across the world. What you'll do
This role will be in the Downstream team testing novel materials from Chemistry and novel unit designs from engineering.
Write reports and interrogate data generated from various analytical methods.
Work closely with a cross-disciplinary R&D team of Biologists, Chemists, Engineers and Material Scientists to support process development activities.
Provide support to ensure laboratory compliance to Environment Health & Safety regulations
Be responsible for balancing workload from multiple projects.
Prepare and present data internally in the form of presentations, technical reports, memos and eLNs.
Who you are
Hold a bioscience-based degree BSc or MSc (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biochemical Engineering or similar)
Understanding of basic principles of chromatography
Confident participating in teams within a matrix environment
Confident in molarity calculations and conversions across metric scales
Organised, self-starting, innovative, collaborative and hardworking
