Salary: 20 - 22K

Location: Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh

Duration: 6 Months (FTC)

A great opportunity for a Purchase to Pay Administrator is available at a prestigious company based in Chandlers Ford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a National Company with a great work environment.

Ideally they are looking for someone with previous Purchase Ledger experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Print and process supplier invoices on a daily basis
  • Matching, checking and coding supplier invoices
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing details
  • Check vehicle service invoices against VRL, code and check value agreed
  • Check third party charges have been billed and match/code accordingly
  • Record & request supplier credits due
  • Liaise with supplier to resolve outstanding queries
