Proposals Manager Birchwood or Bristol Competitive Salary About the role Here at Cavendish Nuclear we are currently looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to be based at with of our sites situated at Birchwood or Bristol, Aztec West. Using your proposal experience you support the business in winning bids ranging in value of up to £500M. You will also lead on some aspects of the Business Winning transformation programme, supporting other elements as required along with Day-to-day responsibility for managing the development and production of winning bids which are submitted on time, to budget and at the required quality level. Holding a degree in a relevant subject is highly desirable along with holding an APM Qualification but not essential. We would also like you to have experience in all of some of these areas: · Bid and Proposal management experience · Communication skills so you are able to articulate information to all levels of stakeholder · Preferably Nuclear Industry or Defence experience Lastly you must be a confident leader who is able to prioritise workloads and complete bids in a relatively short time frame.
