Proposals Associate - Clinical
Permanent Position
Company site Buckinghamshire (fully remote UK with 3 meetings per Qtr on site)
Salary: Competitive
Responsibilities include:
- Proposal creation for all allocated sales opportunities globally
- Budget creation in line with scope of work and proposal; mapping of budget into client templates where required
- Amendments and revision of proposals as per client and commercial development team requests
- Liaison with Commercial Development team to define scope of work where required
- Liaison with internal teams including project management, vendor contracts management and others to obtain functional input for proposals
- Internal distribution of proposals for review
- Filing of all RFP related documentation into Opportunity database
- Ensuring all RFP and amendment deadlines are adhered to
- Ensuring all proposals are approved by Head of Proposals
- Creation of client documents for issue via the Commercial Development Team
- Attendance and presentation at Operational Handover meeting as required
General:
- Participation in continuous review and updating of proposal tools and models.
- Participation and contribution to commercial development meetings as appropriate.
Skills Requirement:
- Degree in legal, life science, pharmacy, nursing or relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in the drug development industry
- Prior sales and or proposal experience
- Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Clinical Trial Methodology (CTM)
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Highly computer literate, including MS Office software.
- Excellent attention to detail and drive quality.
- Excellent organisational, planning, resource and general management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrates collaborative behaviors.
