OVERVIEW: Our client is seeking a life science graduate to support the generation of client proposals, budgets & contracts across all company services globally. Full training and support is given to move into a dynamic and fast growing company at the heart of patient centric clinical trials. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Proposals Proposal creation for all allocated sales opportunities.Budget creation in line with scope of work and proposal; mapping of budget into client templates where requiredAmend & revise budgets as per client & BD requestsLiaison with Business Development Executives to define scope of work where requiredLiaison with internal teams (e.g. Operations, VCMT) to obtain functional input for proposalsInternal distribution of proposals & budgets for reviewFiling of all RFP related documentation into Opportunity databaseEnsuring all RFP & amendment deadlines are adhered toEnsuring all proposals & budgets approved at VP levelCreation of Client documents for issue via BD ExecsAttendance & presentation at Operational Handover meetingInput into ongoing development of company budgeting system. Contracts Provision of the appropriate contract templates to clients on notification of award via Business DevelopmentDrafting contracts in line with agreed proposals and scopeLiaison with customer to define and document scope of workReview of customer comments of drafted contract documents, ensuring risks to company are minimized; liaison with legal as requiredReview and negotiation of customer contract language, in conjunction with VP Corporate ServicesFinalization of contracts & ensuring all appropriate signatures obtainedContract filing & tracking SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED University or college degree in life science, pharmacy, nursing or equivalent relevant discipline.Prior sales &/or proposal/budget experience from academia or industry.Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice and Clinical Trial Methodology.Strong technical and problem solving skills, highly computer literate.Excellent attention to detail and quality.Excellent organizational, planning, resource and general management skills.Excellent communication skills and demonstrates collaborative behaviors.Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are not able to get back to everyone who applies.
