Project Trials Manager - Technical, Consumer experience

Location: Osterley, West London

We are actively looking to secure a Project Trials Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project/Trials Manager within the Discovery and AI function you will be responsible for the coordination of the deployment of products and services.

  • Be the primary interface between Trials logistic team and the Product and Technology teams
  • Triage defects coming from trials and A/b testing activities
  • Collate User feedback and translating them into defects/next steps
  • Maintain engagement on the various trials
  • Help define A/B testing processes
  • Provide status reports to the Product and Technology teams
  • Build collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across business, operational and delivery areas as a 'trusted advisor'.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Importantly, a pragmatic result - and delivery- oriented mindset, with a track record of having deployed technology to customers at scale
  • Experience working in the Consumer space would be beneficial
  • Skills as a brilliant communicator and listener, who is able to translate messages and simplify and summarise problems in a straightforward and succinct manner.
  • A flexible approach and be able to adapt your style and methods to get the best out of the business in delivering a programme.
  • Analytically strong, so that data sets can be correctly interpreted
  • Project management skills to identify dependencies, key milestone and activities for the trial
  • Skills to be open and transparent in everything that you do.
  • Experience in quickly grasping ideas in both familiar and unfamiliar domains
