Project / Product Support Analyst - Master Data - £300pd Home based

You will ideally have experience of pharmaceutical or healthcare systems as this role will be supporting the implementation and adoption of P360 on a global basis. You will own the Maintenance of Product Hierarchy source system and ensure data is to a high quality.


Acting as a key member of the project team you will work closely with the stakeholder and various global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define requirements, support process enablement and produce/update documentation to the highest quality and standards for the adoption of the new system. Collection and analysis of data to providing recommendations to the project team and the maintenance of change plans.
Rolling out training on the process to the wider SME and product teams.


To be suitable you must have;

  • Experience of Process improvement and Policy improvement in a systems setting
  • Strong skills to collate and interpret data and provide meaningful analysis
  • Strong experience supporting a similar large scale project
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint able to create captivating reports
  • Excellent remote working ability to facilitate discussions in virtual rooms I.e. Teams.


Desirable experience

  • Some knowledge of Master Data desirable
  • Some exposure to Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen / Process Improvement
  • Experience using Informatica
  • Certification as a BA and/or BI
  • Exposure to Change Management techniques
