Project Support Administrator

Bristol or Cardiff

£19,000-£22,000

A FTSE100 Company and Engineering Industry Leader are looking for an experienced Project Support Administrator to join and support their project teams based in either Bristol or Cardiff.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain minor work initiatives, reporting on progress and supporting the governance processes.
  • Establish and maintain a robust resourcing mechanism for minor works and project activity to be utilised by the Projects & Applications Teams.
  • Facilitate and support weekly meetings, including resource meetings, operational updates, team meetings
  • Produce accurate BI, MI, Portfolio and Project Reports. To include presentation and communications materials regarding project status and health.
  • Update project documentation and records as required
  • Coordinate, schedule and facilitate project meetings and resources. Capture Records of Decision, maintain Action Logs and Plans as required
  • Provide support to the Head of Projects and Governance and BI and Collaboration Manager.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of supporting project delivery in complex environments; to Cost, Time and Quality using structured Project Methodology. Understands the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable experience of organising senior executive diary, travel and administrative requirements
  • Demonstrable experience of producing accurate Business Intelligence (BI), Management Information (MI), Portfolio and Project Reports
  • Broad experience in coordinating and scheduling project and functional meetings and resources.
  • Significant experience in the use of Microsoft Office 2010 suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience in MS Project and Project Server including status and updated
