Project Planner (SC Clearance)

We are actively looking to secure a Project Planner to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Due to the nature of the role, candidates must hold valid SC Clearance, or be willing to obtain the relevant checks.

Duties:

  • Creation of project plans for work packages
  • Weekly updating of project progress and production of reports to the internal and Customer project teams
  • Supporting Project Managers at work package team progress and planning meetings.
  • Attending progress meetings with Customer as part of the programme team.
  • Liaison with Cyber 2 programme and BAU for across the account dependency tracking

Responsibilities:

  • Producing weekly reports for submission to customer by agreed target time
  • Producing month end repots for submission to customer by agreed target times
  • Arranging weekly progress meetings for in progress work packages
  • Attending progress meetings with customer
  • Liaison with customer project planner
  • Liaison with customer project controls team
  • Responsible for the Weekly and monthly plan updates and Earned Value Reporting

Key skills / experience required Skills:

  • Excellent MS Project skills
  • Microsoft Project, Senior, preferred.
  • Excel, Senior, preferred.
  • Earned value management (desirable) optional
