Project Manager (Technology Migration)

We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Description

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to assist with delivering the Anti-Malware software remediation, upgrade and migration objectives for 2019. The tasks are:

  • Migrating part of the server estate from the legacy AV solution to the strategic solution.
  • Upgrading EOL AV application to current version
  • Installing the AV on currently unprotected endpoint

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will partner with Security Engineering and be responsible for planning and scheduling various project workloads:

  • Coordinating meetings with the various stakeholders and support groups responsible for anti-malware installation.
  • Track agreed actions for either remediation, upgrading or migrating the AV solution.
  • Gather and analyse information and prepare weekly status reports.
  • Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of the project/tasks etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Experience coordinating large IT software projects within a global enterprise environment
  • Expertise in creating metrics reports for both technical and management audiences
  • Excellent understanding of MS tools, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
  • Familiar with JIRA is an advantage.
