Based in London, our client is offering a 12 month contract and this will be a role which will be via Umbrella. This role does require you to have an active SC Clearance.

Job Description:
Our client provides the Level 2 support for the Test & Trace programme within UKHSA. The team are taking on new services and need to add a new service manager to the team. This role will include:
- managing the support of multiple services (primarily Salesforce & Mulesoft based);
- working with the client ITSM team to manage incidents, problems, changes affecting these services;
- working with development suppliers to ensure new releases contain support requirements and are accepted into service.
- providing Duty Manager out of hours on-call cover as part of a rota
- supporting the lead service manager to enhance and mature the Level 2 service offerings
