Project Manager

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join Experis on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of our Employed Consultant team, on a major consumer goods account. This is a chance to be part of an award winning organisation whose key priority is investing in its people.

Main Purpose of the Role

Digital Employee Services is responsible for the consistent delivery of Digital Tools such as DocuSign to help simplify processes, save time and improve sustainability. The purpose of this role is to manage the roll out of Single Sign-On and Multi Factor Authentication on the existing DocuSign Platform. The candidate will be responsible for building the roll out plan, all User testing enabling go live, stakeholder communication and for the commencement of PGLS to support new users and Use Cases as they transition into Business as Usual. Training in the use of DocuSign and Use Case on boarding will be provided.

They will need to be able to work to close deadlines and deliver under pressure. They will need to have excellent communications skills, be able to prioritise multiple tasks and be able to work independently. They will be asked to put together testing completion summaries for circulation to stakeholders and present progress reports to the wider Project team. They will also need to be involved in Post Go Live Support to help direct user queries.

They will work directly with Test users, the Support Team and the Supplier Support Teams. They need to be able to hold people accountable for the completion of the tasks which they have been assigned.

Responsibilities include

  • Create User Acceptance Testing Scenarios based on requirements/guidelines from the DocuSign Team
  • Maintain Test User Lists and communicate directly with Test Users as required
  • Distribute Test Materials to users and follow up with the testers to ensure that testing is completed to agreed deadlines
  • Update the Project Team on Progress and create written Test Summaries
  • Pick up on issues in testing and work with the necessary teams to get a solution
  • Escalate to the Core DocuSign Team is there are any delays and risks to the deadlines set
