My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Virtual Payments on a initial 6 Month contract. You must be fluent Italian

As part of our team, the Project Manager will be the expert on our customers and competitors and will collaborate with stakeholders to bring the best experiences and products to Netherlands & Italy. This is a great opportunity to be a member of a high-performing global team.


Execute go-to-market and sales enablement strategies in both Netherlands & Italy. This will consist of:

  • Serve as the centralized project coordinator for both market launches, and report progress, timelines & escalations
  • Stand up the go-to-market ecosystem each local market including coordinating field training and overseeing the sales' pipeline
  • Drive all marketing workstreams including user guides, sales guides, and language translations
  • Ensure all product testing is successfully met
  • Ensure all legal/regulatory requirements are successfully met
  • Support the client engagement strategy for all clients being migrating between platforms or products
  • Utilize interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills to partner with and influence local teams as well as counterparts in the US
  • Drive product strategy rooted in customer needs, competitive advantage, industry/tech trends and business impact.
  • Inform our global 3-year roadmap
  • Own customer research and product construct validation activities, including surveys, Field focus groups, customer interviews, usability testing and A/B tests
  • Develop end-to-end customer experiences and business requirements, working closely with Product Development
  • Collaborate with and steer global stakeholders across the organization to bring products & enhancements to market


  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Product development or product management experience is a differentiator
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing professionals across the organization to develop effective go-to-market strategies and programs to monetize products and features that meet revenue forecasts and growth targets
  • Results-oriented with proven track record of successfully leading projects in an environment which requires a high degree of stakeholder coordination and alignment
  • Experience conducting, analysing, and synthesizing quantitative & qualitative customer research. Able to apply a test & learn mentality to unearth customer insights efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate those needs into prioritized features for execution
  • Strong business acumen and ability to use data to drive decisions
  • UI/UX design background and experience, the ability to create simple user interfaces
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire others
  • Thrives in ambiguous and fast-changing environment
  • Prior experience with B2B marketing or B2B payments is preferred

Language Requirements:

  • Must speak English & Italian
  • Ability to speak Dutch is also an advantage
