Project Manager - Finance and Risk, Business Change
Location: London

We are actively looking to secure two Project Managers to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Project Managers will support the Program Manager primarily within the Customer Proposition/Platform space, along with senior management to ensure the strategic objectives of this business are achieved. The Project Managers will have support in the delivery of the projects including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and delivery of business value and benefit.

As a part of the Customer Proposition team the Project Managers may also actively contribute to the implementation of the Product Lifecycle Management framework, acting as launch manager for new propositions brought to market, including in cooperation with external partners.

Essential Skills:

  • Practical business experience in a large, dynamic organisation with extensive project management knowledge and skills through wide-ranging experiences in the field of project management OR with previous experience in an operational role.
  • Demonstrable track record of supporting large-scale projects or projects pressured environments, with teams based in multiple locations.
  • A positive, assertive presence, ability to motivate and inspire and establish and maintain credibility with management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to audience and be appropriate for senior management
  • Strong analytical skills with track record of problem solving and decision making
  • Strong cross functional team engagement and collaboration skills.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to deal with major change and ambiguity and to innovate to solve challenges creatively
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Ability to use the Hub effectively as a communication channel.


Education and Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Professional certification such as PMP from the Project Management Institute is highly desirable
