Project Manager (Customer Service Deployment) - London - 3 Months

Project Manager (Customer Service Deployment) required to join an international global online travel company based in London on a 3 month contract.

Purpose of the role: You will be taking part in delivering customer service deployments. This role is non-technical and requires a candidate with strong coordination skills with experience of deployment within customer service.

The ideal candidate would have worked within a programme/ project management team with 100% customer service deployment.

You must also be able to work in a virtual environment and have flexibility in your schedule/ working hours.


  • Work with business sponsors, product managers, product development managers, and other stakeholders in the deployment of a specific Global Customer Operations (GCO) project in EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Coordinate deployment activities within GCO teams and ensure an excellent communication between service delivery, IT, technology and other teams.
  • Lead efforts for GCO determining staffing needs, scheduling; identify risks and issues; and develop contingency plans.
  • Facilitate the project kick-off with project team members and appropriate stakeholders. Support business needs by leading the effort to develop creative approaches to problem solving and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Report schedule and delivery details to project stakeholders.
  • Foster open communication within the team on deployment and execution by facilitating project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, and feedback.
  • Maintain project management deliverables, including the project plan, project schedule, status reports, meeting minutes, issue logs, and any other documentation related to the management and administration of the project.


  • Bachelors' degree required, Masters preferred.
  • 5+ years related experience.
