My Client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Product Owner on a initial 6 month contract basis

The EMEA Global Product Management (GPM) Team is responsible for the payments products targeted to both SME and large corporates.

One of the team responsibilities is to ensure all the products are meeting the regulatory requirements driven out of regional compliance initiatives.

The role is a great opportunity to join this team and work alongside product and be the responsible for ensuring the regulatory requirements are met without negatively impacting our value proposition and the client experience.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in complex Regulatory Change driven programs, ensuring that change initiatives meet their objectives on time, on budget and with the buy-in of the teams and departments affected. Given the impact of the Regulatory projects on the product and client experience, track record of delivering product changes successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and business partners across geographies
  • Be the ambassador and defender of our value proposition and customer experience
  • Understand product requirements / potential regulatory impacts in terms of financials, customer experience and product consistency from project inception
  • Provide consultancy and sign off (via leaders) on any Regulatory driven solution
  • Review metrics and raise issues when appropriate
  • Join and share / escalate outcomes from Regular meeting updates

  • Proven strong project management experience and ability to support/manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver on business goals in a fast-paced and changeable environment

  • Demonstrated success in driving results both autonomously and in cooperation with stakeholders and team members
  • Able to influence, gain support, resolve conflict and work in a matrix organization
  • Strong team player who is flexible and maintains positive attitude even during changing work priorities
  • Strong ability to understand process and/or operations management along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
