Location: Southend on Sea (Remote working currently)

We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

The purpose of this role is to lead the engagement and delivery of the CDS Trader Dress Rehearsal Service in collaboration with external Software Developers and Community System Providers. This encompasses all aspects of the operationalisation of the Trader Dress Rehearsal service working with key internal and external stakeholders for a portfolio of developers.

Key Tasks

The role will have exposure to senior stakeholders and be supporting high profile activities within the CDS Programme which are critical to the successful implementation of the CDS Programme's plan to migrate high volume users onto the service.

  • Responsibility for leading engagements for more than one Software Developer / Community System Provider and their respective trader base as they engage / use the CDS Trader Dress Rehearsal Service
  • Lead and manage all engagements and logistics to carry out Trader Dress Rehearsals and Live Cutovers (Controlled Go-Live) as necessary for these users.
  • Work with the CDS TDR Service Development / Support Team to refine and adapt the service based on user experience.
  • Leading on "special projects" as necessary to agreed timescales
  • Own key delivery activities and pro-active identification / resolution of problems / issues during the planning, preparation, run and support of Trader Dress Rehearsals, Trader Migrations and Special Projects
  • Create and maintain products (e.g. Plans, roadmaps, kick off templates, migration tracker, scheduling calendar, data templates, etc) to aid delivery activities
  • Liaise with External Readiness and Migration Teams as well as management of expectation of externals (SWD, CSPs, PO, EO, Declarants)
