Project Coordinator

We are actively looking to secure an experienced Project Coordinator to join Experis and work on a Network Access Control project for one of our clients.

We require an experienced Project Coordinator to work onsite with one of our clients who are a leading broadcasting media organisation offering both TV & Telecommunication services to over 10 million homes.

Responsibilities include

  • Managing NAC inbox, responding / forwarding to relevant teams, tracking resolution
  • Engaging with users to send out Email communications and scheduling meeting for NAC readiness sessions, coordinating activities with Service Desks personal
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Communication for Closed / Monitor Mode : Drafting /emailing / leaflet drops
  • Liaising with Network resources to produce ISE reports, Analysis of reports
  • Documenting Stack plans to identify users / devices that need whitelisting / Tech readiness visits
  • Raising orders / Tracking orders in Ariba (Cisco kit) + receiving
  • Assisting at Closed mode dates for Bureaus, and between buildings of the client
  • Coordinating shipping / install / testing for Bureau switches

Essential skills/Knowledge

  • Be competent user of MS Office, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Possess excellent organisational skills and multi-tasker.
  • Ability to work well in a team and build good relationships
  • Be self-motivated and demonstrate a pro-active/flexible attitude to their work
  • Be committed to providing high levels of service to both internal and external contacts
  • Respect confidentiality at all times
  • Work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Possess excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Be an assertive and confident communicator both verbally and written
  • Prior experience working as a Project Coordinator / Junior PM in a fast paced environment is advantageous
