Project Coordinator - Excellent communicator, Highly analytical, Stakeholder management

Location: Osterley, West London

We are actively looking to secure an experienced Project Coordinator to join Experis.

Role Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take a key role in helping to manage, shape and track the delivery of the clients Customer Communications Transformation Programme. The Project Coordinator will report to the Project Manager and form part of the Project Management Function for the programme. This role will provide daily support for the planning, management and reporting of various workstream deliverables that form the end-to-end campaign delivery and execution plan for a number of key stakeholder teams. In addition the individual will take responsibility for a number of project administration tasks.

The role requires an individual that is very comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholder teams, is an excellent communicator, has the ability to multi-task and prioritise and has a high attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing in-depth understanding of programme scope and stakeholders
  • Build out of key requirements, planning and tracking documentation
  • Support the adoption of process for key enabler delivery teams
  • Being point of contact for various working groups
  • Understanding and communicating formal escalation and review processes
  • Support the implementation governance, structures and processes to manage planning, demand, change requests etc.
  • Provide support to the Project Management function and business leaders when
  • requested
  • Thorough project documentation
  • Support Risk and Issue management
  • Support the Programme Manager with ad-hoc administration activities

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent communicator, has the ability to multi-task and prioritise and has a high attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Formal PM Certification PRINCE2, PMP desired, but not essential
  • Experience of working in collaborative technical team environments, Campaign or Creative domain knowledge is desired, but not essential
