PROJECT CONTROLLER

PROJECT SUPPORT/ PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR/ PROJECT COORDINATOR

PERMANENT/ FULL TIME

WORCESTERSHIRE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Controller to join to join a world leading security and technology service provider who have invested billions of pounds in their services working with the most high profile clients on the most cutting edge projects.

Role Purpose
You will be responsible for the delivery of project controls within an assigned team, under the leadership of a Project Manager or Senior Project Controller

Specific Responsibilities
- You will support a Senior Project Controller in the provision of support to IDT's and complex strategic programmes.
- With a team you will be delivering project support tasks; MS Project, lifecycle briefcase, project reporting, invoicing and other project document creation and management.
- You will take responsibility of project finance; debtors and cash collection, calculation of accruals, collation of cost journals and facility costs.
- Provide Support for PCP&R improvement activity, and sharing knowledge skills and best practice.

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Qualities
- Awareness of project management; the project lifecycle and project finances
- Demonstrable competence in MS Office

- Good organisational and record keeping skills.
- Awareness of the project lifecycle and sales processes.
- Experience of working to corporate procedures and the use of corporate tools.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload and multi-task.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at varying levels.
- Ability to work as part of a team and well as unsupervised.

Qualifications
- Any Project Management qualification (APMP/PRINCE2) would benefit your application
