My client is looking for a ProjectCoordinator with the following skills and experience

Within this role you would:

* coordinate ISS input to and support for programmes; provide stakeholder mapping and intelligence
* coordinate ensuring appropriate senior ISS attendance at project and service review meetings
* produce, with analysis, necessary performance dashboards and scorecards; liaise with Corporate Performance Analysis team
* manage and ensure utilisation of ISS Management SharePoint collaboration site
* Standardise weekly CTO direct reports activity / action reports and flag overdue actions
* ad-hoc project management and / or project support to CTO
* draft critical client communications and quality assure (through developing skills of others) day to day client communications
* ensure project managers liaise and work with Corporate Communications team to plan and agree project related announcements and up dates
* co-ordinate organisation of team meetings and supporting material; monitor and follow up agreed actions
* draft papers for Audit Committee
* monitor and ensure follow up to ISS audit actions
* coordinate support to ISS audit activity
* provide secretariat support to ISS departmental risk management; liaise with Corporate Risk team
* assure that direct report team meetings occur with actions captured and progressed
* assure and monitor performance management; organise and facilitate cross team rating calibration with Corporate HR
* monitor absence and resourcing needs across ISS, working with Corporate HR
* coordinate ISS training needs analysis and work with Corporate HR to implement agreed activity; assess effectiveness.

Shortlisting and Interview Criteria

* Degree level or equivalent
* good knowledge of working in an IT and service delivery environment
* excellent organisational skills
* excellent interpersonal skills
* clear written communication skills
* strong customer service skills with a service environment
* strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present MI
* ability to engage with people at all levels
* computer literate including MS Office products
* understanding of change in a fluid environment.

* good leadership skills
* experience of people management.
