Our client, a large networking company require a Project Co-Ordinator/Administrator for an initial 3 month contract based in Manchester.

The Project Coordinator/Administrator is responsible for all aspects of communication for the team alongside some administrative duties.

1. Internal marketing communications; keeping the team's internal website up-to-date, writing case studies/success stories, ownership of the communications to engage our stakeholders and customers within Cisco.
2. External marketing communications; managing speaking opportunities for the team at industry events, submitting the team for awards and supporting the team with their social media efforts.
3. Agency relationship; liaising with our retained marketing agency, our copywriter and any external organisations that own speaker slots and awards that we are entered in to.
4. Finance; supporting the Business and Operations Manager with day to day finances such as raising of PO's, chasing invoices etc
5. Event Management and Support; managing a team offsite (1 per year) including venue search, hotel booking, food and beverage, restaurant search etc. Be the main point of contact for team questions.
* Support the team with training workshop admin such as registration, collecting feedback from attendees etc
6. Team administrative duties; supporting activities that the team are currently doing themselves that would benefit from administrative expertise and increase productivity; setting up surveys for customer feedback; ownership and management of team storage system

This position requires:
* A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
* Ability to work independently and keep priorities on track
* Ability to multitask and prioritise

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
* Technology industry experience
* At least 2 years experience in a marketing role
* Solid communication skills
* Highly computer literate (MS Office)
