My Client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Project/Change Integration Lead on a initial 6 month contract basis. This is an exciting role within a large scale global transformation project which requires significant experience in large scale integration and transformation.

The purpose of the role is as follows

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of core PMO/ IMO (Integration Management Office) responsibilities
  • Governance, reporting, RAID management, change control, Portfolio and project level analysis, key meeting and workshop planning & facilitation
  • Facilitates and supports the production of Portfolio and Programme level data, reporting and insights
  • Provides strategic support to each functional work stream and members of the IMO
  • Management of programme change control processes and forums
  • Influence, lead and communicate to all levels across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Develop a technical understanding of governance process and support adherence to assure portfolio integrity
  • Helps maintain a comprehensive view of the Portfolio, providing insights and data points for all types of stakeholders

Required Skill

  • Large scale Integration or Transformation experience required
  • Experience and expertise in several core IMO responsibilities
  • Demonstrated project and programme management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complexities
  • Extensive experience of driving results and collaborating in a cross-functional and global environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills
  • Production of high quality outputs (Excel, data and powerpoint)
  • Ability to identify opportunities to reduce costs and / or timelines without adding unacceptable risks to quality
