My Leeds based client are currently looking to hire an experienced Project Administrator to support their PM Suite in a large number of simultaneous, ongoing initiatives. This role would be well suited to a Project Administrator or PMO Analyst who is looking to increase their experience portfolio and take on a fresh challenge.

What will the role involve?

As a Project Administrator you will support C-Suite and PM-Suite teams in the delivery of business critical, innovative projects. You will be responsible for attending important meetings, documenting progression and engaging with both internal external stakeholders/vendors in order to ensure the smooth running of each project. You will be expected to produce detailed reports which will be reviewed by key stakeholders.

What experience do I require?

It is expected that the successful candidate will have a strong background in PMO or Project Administration, ideally having worked on high-value, simultaneous projects. It would be beneficial to have experience of reporting software, however this is not essential.

An understanding of PRINCE2 methodologies would be highly advantageous.
