Programme Support Officer - Central London

£42,000 + performance bonus, health insurance, pension etc

We have an excellent opportunity with one of our major Financial Services clients based in Central London. They are a leading organization who specialise in providing credit products to consumers and partner with various reputable retail brands.

With a strong financial backing and having undergone rapid growth over the last few years they are looking to recruit a Programme Support Officer to join their team responsible for the ongoing delivery of change.

The position will support the ongoing delivery of change whilst continuing to improve the product and experience for the client's customers through delivery of digital self-service, operational improvement and regulatory solutions.

Role responsibilities:

  • Manage BAU Change Tracker, updating daily with key status information from 3rd Parties, internal Stakeholders, Sponsors and Originators
  • Managing & reviewing Change Requests (CR's), ensuring sufficient level of information before submitting to 3rd Party
  • Providing regular updates on CR's to Originators, Sponsors and 3rd Parties where appropriate
  • Managing and validating 3rd Party costs
  • Supporting Project Manager/s & PMO Manager to deliver change
  • Manage Change Team mailbox
  • Attend meetings and write minutes when required
  • Ensure project & quality documentation is up-to-date

Experience required:

  • MS Project , Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience supporting IT programmes
  • Relationship Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Previous project support experience
  • Finance / Banking sector experience would be preferable
