Programme Manager (Windows Refresh/Legacy Infrastructure to Cloud Migration)

We are actively looking to secure a Programme Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role

Our client is looking for an assertive Programme Manager who is confident presenting themselves and adaptive and responsive in any situation.

This is a fixed price piece work (£3.6m) and using tools like MSP/RAIDs to manage the workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on a customer account, you will be leading the Risk Based Refresh programme of work.
  • The programmes focus is on the refresh of Windows 2003 and 2008 to 2016 and the migration from the legacy infrastructure to the Digital Private Cloud where possible.
  • Phase 2 covers the remaining 2003 Applications.
  • Phase 3 will refresh 600 2008 client managed servers and up to 3,500 customer managed servers as 'Refresh as a Service' with a core delivery team.
  • You will oversee the delivery items for all work packages, will be fully responsible for the customer relationship and ensuring that the team deliver to time, cost and quality, by following the Project Management standards.

Required/Desirable Skills

  • Windows refresh experience
  • Legacy infrastructure migration experience
  • Experience migrating to the Cloud
