Full remote working - 12-month contract

Currently seeking a highly experienced and tech progressive Programme Manager to join one of the World's leading technology giants who continue their impressive path to researching and developing the newest bleeding-edge technologies, in this case, Cloud Infrastructure and storage.

The successful Programme Manager will work with their highly multidisciplinary teams and alongside other external partners like their academic and industrial partners, to identify rapidly changing priorities and ensure operational effectiveness to maintain sustained and continuous development. You will work closely with various suppliers and must have a strong grasp on the financials, cost efficiencies, and its reporting. The Programme Manager will also be required to ensure compliance of business processes and be able to improve the overall experience for customers, partners, and internally.

Key skills and experience required for this role;

  • Should have a good degree in engineering or science.
  • Min 5 years' experience operating at Programme Manager level to develop new cutting-edge technologies.
  • Experience in cloud storage systems and/or advanced optical technologies is highly desirable
  • Strong financial control
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience in managing highly multi-disciplinary projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental business processes and challenges
