What you'll do As Programme Manager in Core Customer you will be accountable for Delivery across the portfolio of Core Customer Products working alongside teams across the team & the wider businessYou will coordinate and facilitate collaboration across a team of Agile Delivery Leads giving them the tools, guidance & support to enable effective delivery across the team & across the businessSupport mobilisation & delivery of Core Customer or business wide initiatives or programmesPlay an integral role in delivery planning & execution, ensure dependencies are captured, committed & effectively managedBe key escalation point for blockers across the Core Customer businessProvide weekly updates & reports to the wider businessGain buy-in & build strong relationship across senior stakeholders with transparency and alignment to progress & status being keyIt will be your role to drive the pace of delivery across a number of squads, whilst respecting and fostering their Agile cultures and ways of working. To do this, you will have to adapt a number of approaches and not take a one size fits all viewWork alongside our Product Managers to ensure we have robust roadmaps across the Core Customer portfolio aligned to business & technical strategyEnsure alignment across our Product, Engineering, Test & Delivery functionsFeed into Resource & Capacity planning across our SquadsHow you'll do it The Core Customer Programme Manager will report into the Head of Delivery and will need to demonstrate a breadth of delivery experience and knowledge to ensure efficient delivery of across the portfolioYou will build relationships across the rest of the Delivery function is key .i.e. Agile Delivery Leads, BAs, Engineering & TestYou will have extensive experience in a similar role within a large, fast moving online business, and will have significant experience of more traditional project delivery methodologies.
