Job Title: Programme Manager

Daily Pay Rate: £550 - £650
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday = 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

  • Responsible for delivering transformation programmes within Client ETS. The scope of the transformation can span across technology, people, process, services, supplier base, channel mgmt, communication, reporting, automation and cross functional integration.
  • The Transformation Programme Manager will be expected to engage with multiple colleagues of varying levels of the organisation and cross functionally to seamlessly execute the organisational transformation.
  • In the DES Context, the Portfolio, Governance and Commercial Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and evolving DES responsibilities and all the underlying services, platforms, tools, offerings and people agenda, while tying in seamlessly with the wider organisation.
  • Reports to the DES Director and works closely with them to ensure project delivery aligns to the Director's vision, strategy, operational requirements, change and people agenda.


  • Delivering projects, programs and the evolution of DES responsibilities - products, services, tools, people, branding, comms, supplier base, KPIs, etc.
  • Provide direction, guidance and support to cross functional project teams, and be the senior-facing representative, providing updates on plans, risks, key decisions required etc.
  • Oversee a combination of delivery methods to deliver services - be it via Agile, Waterfall and/or Hybrid and be able to translate these plans into simple presentations for leadership
