Role Overview:

We are seeking a strong software Product Manager/Owner to work in our dynamic team environment in order to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with internal tech teams on delivery of our B2B digital channel, focusing on the B2B website
  • Work with the B2B team stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product Development. Capture requirements and craft user stories to deliver appropriate features to drive the business strategy
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
  • Work the Technical Analysts to plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product roadmap and backlog according to business value or ROI
  • Work with Tech Delivery team in planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Follow our competitors and the industry
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  • Measure and monitor the success of the B2B website with appropriate KPIs across Sales and Support customer journeys using analytics.

Key Essential Skills:

  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner
  • Ideally experienced in B2B Telecoms digital channels, or similar industry sectors
  • A data driven approach with the customer's perspective front and centre
  • Comfortable applying a design thinking methodology to evolve product solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a pragmatic delivery focus
  • Collaborative and unfazed by a rapidly changing work environment
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced with Google and Adobe Analytics to inform prioritisation and decision making
  • Enthusiastic and creative thinker with a vision
  • Attention to details
  • A Master's in computer science, Engineering or similar relevant field preferred
