My client a large global financial services brand is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Executive on a initial 9 month contract. This role is initially based 2 days per week in London and the remainder virtual and Inside IR35.

Following the inception of a new business unit, the Product Marketing team have delivered some key projects and are now looking to add an experienced Product Marketing Executive on a 9-month full-time, fixed-term contract, to increase output from the team.

The candidate will be able to seize and deliver on a great opportunity to make significant business impact in a growing environment through effective product marketing within high-profile products; creating deep understanding of products & the customer experience, creating go-to-market strategy and leading execution plans cohesively across teams.

Product Marketing Executive.

Key skills required:

  • Strategic development - able to understand product/business objectives and audience, and build strategic marketing plans
  • Project management - a good organiser who is able to handle multiple projects and has experience managing resource in time-pressured circumstances
  • Analytical skills - comfortable working with data and systems, with good Excel skills
  • Understanding & experience across channels (i.e. email, digital, voice, acquisition), and is able to positively engage with other teams
  • Creative skills - able to interpret business challenges into engaging creative, and comfortable to challenge agencies to deliver high quality
  • Confidence working with sales/accounts & product teams to deliver updates

Responsibilities

  • Creating Go-To-Market strategy for product changes and launches that meet overarching business objectives
  • Achieving pre-defined activity targets on a project-by-project basis
  • Communicating strategy, project progress and results with Managers across the marketing & product teams
  • Analysis of data to determine results, communicating them and defining marketing progress/evolution to optimise results
  • Budget management in a project-by-project basis

Contract length

9 months would be enough time to develop, deliver and establish the key projects - whilst adding capacity for ongoing projects.
