Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to take ownership of Sky's Internet Security product and drive take up, improve customer journeys, identify opportunities for growth and coordinate with their newest partner on monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews.

In this role you will:

  • Review current proposition, user journeys, KPIs and market context to make recommendations for improvement
  • Create a 30/60/90 plan to implement suggested improvements
  • Review the current product suite and identify opportunities to enhance or update
  • Investigate, build and evaluate the business case for enhancing the product
  • Coordinate business requirement gathering
  • Develop new customer journeys and sign off with the business owners
  • Develop, refine and review customer proposition and go to market strategy

Candidate specification:

To be successful in this role you'll ideally have proven experience in broadband product management or be a recent graduate with a relevant Telecoms / IT / Product related degree.

Specialist Knowledge and experience:

  • Strong communication skills to translate multiple moving roadmaps driven by a range of business areas into a single clear product view
  • Ability to engage and drive cross-functional teams; manage both 3rd party and internal supplier relationships and day to day operations
  • Experience managing a roadmap of projects; driving business change
  • Understanding of the product delivery lifecycle
  • Ability to prioritise effectively to meet business needs
  • Able to manage internal and external stakeholders across a number of different levels.

Desirable Knowledge and Experience:

  • Good understanding of telecoms and internet security industries
  • Broad understanding of the business architecture required to support a broadband customer.
  • Understanding of the product delivery lifecycle
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
