Product Manager - Central London

£29,500-£39,350 + Comprehensive benefits package

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to join one of our major clients based in London.

As a charitable organisation the client help vulnerable young people get their lives on track. It supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion.

This role will offer a fantastic opportunity to join a new Digital Product team at the organisation to support an exciting period of growth. Working with external suppliers and stakeholders across the organisation, the Digital Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and optimisation of a range of new and existing digital products, with a focus on transforming the way in which the organisation helps young people.

The role will oversee digital development projects for new products, covering full lifecycle from strategic planning to scoping requirements with stakeholders, to working with internal teams and external agencies to develop, test and release. It will also support the roll out of agile approaches in the organisation, developing products and processes in a new iterative way to ensure the organisation is able to learn quickly what works and constantly improve and optimise.

Experience:

  • Experience of developing and managing internal as well as external products.
  • Experience developing a MVP product and presenting this to senior stakeholders to secure buy in
  • Experience of planning, analysing and optimising web changes to improve experiences for specific audiences
  • Team working, including excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience of creating reports and recommendations for stakeholders from analytics data.
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies and partners, including managing developers.
