The successful candidate will have a proven track record of:
- Working across department or functional boundaries to effectively communicate vision and gain stakeholder buy in.
- Working with users to articulate their needs and communicated these to other
- Making effective decisions based on incomplete information using a range of techniques
- Prioritising backlogs based on user needs, business values and expected return on investment

- Scrum Analysis - Data Analysis; Cost Benefit Analysis; Impact Mapping
- Research - Interviewing; Creating Surveys; Usability Testing
