To support the marketing and commercial team as Product Manager for the client's portfolio of products within the global group's growing reproductive health and oncology range.

To have input into the strategic product roadmap and support the development, launch and commercialization of new products to meet customer and market needs.


  • Provide strategic input into the Gateway, BD and R&D team with market led insights into new product initiatives and business cases. Develop market opportunity reports around key focus areas of clinical unmet needs, understanding competitor landscape, pricing, reimbursement, regulatory pathways, market size etc.

  • Work alongside Marketing on the development of collateral, literature, white papers, sales tools and technical product presentations
    • Adhering to brand guidelines and in different formats / regions
    • Providing content for web updates to Marketing Specialist
    • Providing content for digital marketing campaigns about products
    • Updating and drafting new material for product updates, product launches etc
    • Ownership of technical and clinical product presentations - from drafting, approval and delivery
    • KOL engagement and working alongside key customers to develop posters, presentations, publications, case studies etc

  • Competitor product updates, technical and pricing comparisons and maintainbattlecards for sales team:
    • Sourcing, gathering and collating competitor intel regarding technical and clinical specs / pricing / customers / geography / product enhancements / collateral / account wins / regulatory hurdles / partnerships via online, customer intel and events etc
    • Communicating these updates to the internal stakeholders and customers where necessary Developing technical bulletins for customers
    • Providing comms, support and training internally and to users of technical updates

  • Collating customer product feedback and post-market surveillance
    • Working with cross-functional teams to collate annual post market surveillance report about the products within the market
    • Generating feedback and suggestions from customers, suppliers, partners, distribution network about existing and future product needs. Feeding this into the relevant functions and tracking outcomes
    • Collating user needs for future product development plans
    • Voice of customer exercises

  • Working closely with key customers, supplier and collaborators on strategic partnerships in line with the business needs linked to objectives and key results (OKRs)

  • Product training internal and external for customer, distributorspre-sale and post-sale
    • Supporting the sales team with technical presentations, webex, conference calls and face to face lab visits where required
    • Supporting the customer with clinical training presentations and cascade training material

  • Product launch:
    • Driving product launch plans for new products and product updates

  • Beta site testing and co-ordinating clinical test sites



  • Life science degree
  • Experience in a technical customer facing role
  • Commercial experience in molecular diagnostics

  • Experience and a desire to give scientific presentations and talks at key conferences and educational seminars
