Product Manager - Malvern

Our client are experts in defence, aerospace, security and related markets and are currently entering an exciting phase of growth as they continue to develop new and innovative products for their core markets. There are currently a number of new RF Communications products at a prototype phase that are being launched to the market.

We're looking for a Product Manager to play a key role in the success of this launch, ensuring that operational teams execute these products in an efficient high-quality manner. You'll be responsible for assessing and measuring product output, making recommendations and helping to implement operational improvements across product lines.

The position will involve being responsible for ensuring the quality of these products are maintained to a high standard and that key performance indicators are met and improve upon. You will also work with the Operations Manager to understand changes in the technical operation capability and will seek out continuous service improvement opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.

The Fit

The successful candidate will have previous experience of product development, ideally within RF, Network and Communications (RF/EM) and be able to demonstrate examples of taking a prototype product to market, managing the full product life-cycle.

You will be able to use technical expertise to provide solid advice to the operational teams and clear blockers in the development process to enable launch targets to be realised. We're looking for someone that is passionate about driving operational excellence across existing delivery teams with the ability to use strong leadership skills to provide direction and to allocate and coordinate workload across teams.
