We currently have a number of new RF Communications products at a prototype phase that we are looking to launch to the market. The Product Manager plays a key role in the success of this launch, ensuring that operational teams execute these products in an efficient high quality manner. They are responsible for assessing and measuring product output, making recommendations and helping to implement operational improvements across product lines.You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of these products are maintained to a high standard and that key performance indicators are met and improve upon. The position will also involve being responsible for working with the Operations Manager to understand changes in the technical operation capability and will seek out continuous service improvement opportunities to improve quality and efficiency.The FitThe successful candidate will have experience of product development, ideally within RF, Network and Communications (RF/EM). You will be able to demonstrate numerous examples of taking a prototype product to market and managing the full product lifecycle. You will be able to use your technical expertise to provide solid advice to the operational teams and clear blockers in the development process to enable launch targets to be realised.You will be passionate about driving operational excellence across existing delivery teams, able to use your strong leadership skills to provide direction and to allocate and coordinate workload across teams.
