Product Developer/Designer/Project Manager for retail grocery operations

The idea is they are looking to try and increase shopping at the petrol pumps and increase the sale of FMCG. They are looking for talented people who have created new product ideas. The right person would have a start up mentality and experience.
There are 2 positions.
Position 1:
- This individual should have experience in retail operations, strategy development, and business development. Demonstrated acumen in finance, marketing, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- This individual should ideally have operations and logistics services experience including risk management, personal safety, performance management, managing external relationships, and people leadership
Position 2:
- Strong and through understanding of dispensing based hardware solutions such as pneumatic tubes, dispensing lifts, vending machines, ATMs, etc
- 5 - 10 years' experience in designing and implementing hardware solutions
