Procurement Engagement Lead - Statement of Work (SOW) We have an opportunity for a Procurement Engagement Lead to join Experis on a permanent basis. We are passionate about training, technology and career development.Job PurposeTo act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the client's SOW's with a value <£100k. The role holder will oversee a small team of SOW Co-ordinators to ensure Hiring Managers are sourcing temporary resource through the correct engagement type (SOW, T&M Contractor, FTC, etc.) in-line with the client's policies and, provide detailed reporting on all in-scope activity.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Head of Temp Recruitment and Experis account leadership to ensure challenges/risks are flagged and, managed quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimum impact to the businessReview SOW requests from Hiring Managers to ensure they are in-line with policies and engaged appropriatelyAssist Hiring Mangers with SOW creation and rate researchReview of supplier proposal's - providing feedback and subsequent commercial negotiation as requiredInitial approver in Ariba once SOW is agreedAssist Account Co-ordinators with on-boarding and act as point of escalationLiaise with senior stakeholders throughout the businessEnsure all data entry is correct for reporting and compliancy purposes.Provide fixed and ad-hoc reporting on all active SOW <£100KGeneralEnsure that own areas of work are serviced and covered thoroughly and efficiently.Support team members with workload as, and when, business requiresAny other appropriate duties as directed by the appropriate team leader/Manager.Person Specification Skills, Knowledge & AttributesPrior experience of SOW creation/managementExperience with systems such as Ariba and PeopleSoft would be beneficialExcellent attention to detailArticulate with a positive approach, capable of dealing with confrontational situations sensitively & professionally, as well as forging strong relationship with Hiring Managers and suppliersStrong reasoning skills with the ability to deal with complex issues, providing workable solutionsResilient with the ability to remain calm and professional under challenging circumstancesAbility to project professionalism and confidence at all levels over the phone and face to faceExcellent time management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlinesFlexible attitude and approachPractical level of Word, Excel and PowerPointSuitable Candidates should submit CVs in the first instance.
