About the role

Here at Cavendish Nuclear, we are looking to employ a Process Engineer to join our team in either Bristol or Warrington. Cavendish Nuclear, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Babcock International Group, is a leading nuclear services company. From servicing existing nuclear power plants, building the next generation of nuclear power plant, decommissioning some of the most complex nuclear sites in the world, to helping to keep the UK's fleet of nuclear powered submarines at sea, our people innovate to deliver nuclear services safer, faster, at lower cost.

Working within a team of Process Engineers this an excellent opportunity to expand your experience on a range of Nuclear Projects to provide engineering conceptual and detailed design, drawings, modelling, calculations, and technical solutions in the delivery of customer funded tasks and projects.

This role will be working on projects that can vary from decommissioning, power generation, new builds and more. There is great potential to progress in your career in one of the most high-profile nuclear organisations in the UK, we also offer a supportive work environment where innovation is at the heart of what we do.

What do I need to do the role?

You will need have a minimum of a Degree in an Engineering discipline that is recognised and accredited by IChemE with relevant experience in Conceptual and Detailed design.

We would also like you to have:

Experience in drawings, modelling, calculations, and technical solutions in the delivery of customer funded tasks and projects

What else do I need to know?

  • Permanent position with a competitive annual salary.
  • Can be based in either Warrington, Bristol
  • UK travel as and when required
