Problem Manager with solid experience flaw finding, service improvement, pre-empting problems and resolving recurring problems within an IT infrastructure or networking setting, needed for a permanent role in Bristol.

The customer is a leading figure within their sector with offices across the UK and a rapidly expanding name into other industries. The customer is always looking to improve the quality service they provide and as such require a problem manager with a large amount of experience in service improvements and flaw finding in IT processes. The role will require you to identify, troubleshoot, document and resolve issues, pre-emptively find flaws in the services and find ways of stopping them becoming service impacting and proactively finding service problems then recommending improvements.
