Privileged Access Management Lead Engineer - Gaydon

WHAT TO EXPECT

Privileged accounts, credentials and secrets within our devices, applications and operating systems are key areas for our global client in securing the infrastructure and applications, allowing efficient maintenance to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive data.

You'll report into the Head of Identity Access Management, leading the Privileged Access Management (PAM) function on the development and design of the landscape for managing the PAM solution, as well as migrating legacy PAM solutions onto one platform.

The Lead Engineer will ensure critical global Privileged Access Management service meets key service and security objectives, implementing effective service and security monitoring, investigation and remediation of various issues. The role will also involve assisting the global transformation of the Global Cyber Security Operations; supporting a series of funded transformation activities (including privileged access management).

As the PAM Specialist, you'll support the identification and ongoing monitoring of specific security risks and KPIs and production of management information to ensure the business receives value from key security investments / services

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Our client is looking for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a strong IT Security background that's able to deliver results under pressure, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs. You'll relish new challenges and be able to apply a common-sense approach to problem solving able, challenging existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility.

Ensuring the successful delivery of the PAM requirements, you'll develop, plan, analyse, evaluate and assign priorities in line with the approved road map and solution designs, therefore previous experience of implementing PAM solutions will be essential. You'll demonstrate an advanced understanding of our client's processes and present complex technical topics to executive / technical personnel with the drive for creating and maintaining documentation for our project.

A sound knowledge of various IAM / AM technologies will be essential with an understanding of how they are applied to support the services e.g. Access Management, Federated Identity / SSO, SOD, Governance.
