PMO Coordinator

We are actively looking to secure a PMO Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role:

  • Main duties include schedule the governance meeting, gatekeeper of Governance across all strategic and tactical boards on behalf of the client, minutes taking, and actions tracking.
  • Ensuring all ToRs are up to date and as per contractual obligations
  • Main duties include reporting, Execview Management, individual Project support, facilitating Programme Boards, tracking actions, documents, updating Execview etc.
  • Self-motivated, proactive resource, comfortable working unsupervised
  • Strong Communications skills and Stakeholder Management (at Senior Management level within/outside the organisation)
  • Strong Analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to produce reports and stats for Senior Management attention
  • Representing the client in the management of processes and tasks at management meetings
  • Comfortable being managed by the client directly on a day to day basis
  • Good understanding of PM processes and PM tools
  • Able to guide/coach others on processes/tools
  • Owning parts of one or more processes/services within the account and monitor performance on a regular basis
