PMO Analyst

We are actively looking to secure a PMO to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

  • Assist in managing and tracking the updates to release level and core delivery plans using MSP and Open Workbench tools.
  • Produce and analyse a suite of reports for circulation within the programme, adhering to account standards and Deadlines.
  • Corroborate Project forecasts and enter into GFS, input revenue figures, undertake analysis of actuals versus previous forecasts, using standard and non-standard Business Objects reports.
  • Have a sound knowledge of Risks and Issues Management, evidenced by their ability to establish and verify risks and issues, and produce reports reflecting same for Risk Review meetings.
  • Understand and participate in Change Control activity within the Programme, receipt and distribution of Change Requests, Proposals and associated impacts
  • Attend development and progress meetings, producing reports and minutes
  • Provide specific support to PMO Manager, Service Managers, Delivery Managers and Delivery Leaders to implement changes.
  • Assist in tracking implementation of developed improvements within the PMO and wider programme, and work co-operatively to support other PMO team members in delivery of complimentary PMO service changes.

Person Specification - Skills Required


  • Excel, GFS/N2K/BO

Technical Skills

  • ISEB Programme & Project Management Foundation or equivalent.

Business Skills

  • Be competent user of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Be proficient user of Business Objects and GFS/N2K.
  • Have an understanding of Project Management methodologies and associated tools knowledge, eg Open Workbench, MSP.
