PMO Analyst - Change Delivery

Location: Cambridge

We are actively looking to secure a PMO Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Role Outline:

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to work directly with the Client's delivery community (including project/program managers, scrum masters, project coordinators) to implement the modes of delivery that have been developed. The delivery modes present new process for users to follow as well as changes to existing technology (MS Project). Your role will be to co-ordinate and deliver the migrations moving users from the existing/to new. The role will require both a process and a people focus so you will need to be customer focused, organised and adaptable.


  • Onboarding new users/groups to the delivery modes, using a defined process. This will include gathering required information to support adoption and migrations, coordinating agreement of migration schedules across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Carrying out change impact assessments to understand the implications of moving from an 'as-is' to a 'to-be' state - requires following a defined process, but also listening with empathy and catching questions/issues that need action.
  • Planning and executing mitigations identified through the impact assessment to support the business in adopting the new ways of working and technology. A technical team will support with the tech migration.
  • Designing and delivering clear and consistent communications in line with the program communications plan.
  • Identifying and delivering improvements to the onboarding process.
  • Building positive relationships with stakeholders to support preparation for and delivery of changes.
  • Providing a great experience for internal customers throughout the course of the onboarding journey. Including answering ad hoc support questions in line with agreed support model.
  • Coordinating with the project/program delivering the change to maintain alignment on deliverables and pace of delivery.
  • Proactive identification, mitigation and escalation of risks and issues.
  • Supporting users following the initial implementation to ensure that the new processes and behaviours embed.

Essential Skills:

  • You will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Have previous experience in delivery Project background
  • Change delivery experience
  • Methodology experience
  • Worked as a PMO in change environment

Desirable skills:

  • Experience of working in the technology sector.
  • Understanding of industry project delivery methodologies (both agile and schedule driven) and delivering change to the same.
  • Experience of working within medium to large scale change programs that are implementing new processes and technology changes.
  • Familiarity with standard project/agile management tools (e.g. MS Project and Jira)
