Job Details

  • Task Description Programme Management Office service - Build trusted relationships across the team - specifically with Client Programme Manager, Delivery Lead and Delivery Lead. Advise and suggest improvements to make the administration and control of the stream more effective
  • Work with a network of Senior Stream Leads and Stakeholders to build, maintain and track the Master Plan and cluster of sub-plans for the Performance Stream
  • Work with Stream Leads to make sure the Master Plan and their detailed plans are coherent and complete to deliver the Stream outcomes. Track progress and report to Programme Board, highlighting any threats to success.
  • Advising Workstream Leaders meeting where Milestones are at risk and/or need to be changed
  • Work with Programme Manager and Client stakeholders to proactively manage the delivery risk in the Stream. Work with Workstream Leads to make sure the Risks, Issues and Dependencies are kept up to date and the Weekly RAID meeting is run efficiently
  • Heartbeat and Cadence. Work with Programme Manager and Delivery Leads to develop and maintain an effective set of meetings and reports to make the stream work effectively and efficiently whilst keeping a complex network of stakeholders engaged and informed.
  • Programme Management Support Provide a service that can anticipate and respond to requests from the stream leadership implementation of the engagement. Ensure that the project completes the handover to Live process and engages service introduction. Raise the necessary
  • RFC`s and present the project/delivery at the Change Approval Board. Agree client acceptance criteria and trial plans and ensure that the project meets the required targets. Complete the project close-down and ensure that the project evaluation review meeting is held in a timely manner and that any actions arising are completed
