Project Management Office Administrator



Salary up to £28,000 Per Year

Here at Babcock International we are currently recruiting for a PMO Administrator to support both project and minor works delivery processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of an effective supporting infrastructure for the project delivery team.

The role is varied with tasks including but not being limited to; portfolio delivery support, preparation of reporting for monthly portfolios, providing guidance to PMs in respect of standards & practices and supporting the resource management process including maintenance of capacity.

What you must have:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, driven and organised individual who is seeking their first role in Project Management. Holding a degree would be advantageous along with an understanding of project management principles. We would also like you to hold a selection of the following:

  • Able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience in Data Analysis

What else do I need to know?

SC Security clearance required.

Occasional travel will be required with some overnight stays away from home.
