PMO Administrator - Guildford - Initial 3 month contract

PMO Administrator required to join a client in the Financial Services Sector based in Guildford on an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of MS Project.
  • Experience in Programme/Project Support or project environment.
  • Must be organised and structured.
  • Personal skills and effective communications.
  • Ability to take ownership of deliverables with minimal day to day direction.

Responsibilities:

As part of your role, your duties may include:

  • Managing the Starters and Leavers process.
  • Ensuring the administration of invoices up to sign-off, tracking and filing.
  • Organising and supporting the preparation of governance meetings, taking of minutes as required, actions chasing.
  • Organising and supporting the preparation of major programme events.
  • Supporting the update of the resource tracker on a weekly basis and production of exception reports.
  • Chasing of change requests and tracker update.
  • Ensuring the administration of the Portfolio Register.
  • Managing programme reminder submission deadlines i.e. reporting, holiday tracker.
  • Planview management - access set-up.
  • Intranet maintenance.
  • Ensuring the administration of the Stakeholder Register.
  • Monitoring the PMO Inbox on a daily basis.
  • Support the update of PMO processes and programme documentation as required.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Project Team as agreed by the PMO Lead.
