About the role

We are currently looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to work onsite in Lakeside, Portsmouth. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing PA support to include but not limited to diary management; meeting/conference arrangements; minute taking; e-mail management; document drafting; data analysis; travel arrangements and general administration.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working as an Executive PA with demonstrable administration experience. You will be confident in your interaction with external customers and have exceptional interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills. You will enjoy problem solving and will have the ability to work on your own initiative.


  • Proactively and accurately perform administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Produce reports; briefing papers; presentations; statistics; research findings and progress updates to assigned tasks as required and to agreed timescales
  • Accurately prepare for attendance at meetings ensuring documentation required is provided in advance
  • Develop, implement, maintain and regularly review administrative procedures and processes for accurate and efficient performance within area of responsibility
  • Decision making and delegating work where necessary to ensure business continuity

What do I need to do the role?

  • Extensive Executive PA experience
  • Demonstrable administrative experience
  • Demonstrable evidence of developing and sustaining positive working relationships with customers, stakeholders and at a senior level including the ability to delegate
  • Proven organisational skills, time management and ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Demonstrable ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrable exceptional interpersonal skills, integrity and reliability
  • Proven exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrable excellent MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
