Performance & Reporting Analyst

London - £33,000 + Benefits

We have an opportunity for a Performance & Reporting Analyst to join one of our reputable clients based in Canary Wharf. They are a leader in their field and are heavily involved with the regulation of the private security industry.

Job Purpose
Responsible for the collation and manipulation of operational data to inform performance and resource levels. The role holder will demonstrate a commitment to delivering an exceptional level of support and customer service improvement, as well as deliver the highest level of customer service in order to assist the organisation in meeting its objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation, measurement and reporting of agreed corporate targets, service level agreements and performance indicators, across all customer operations units
  • Work effectively with operational management to ensure performance indicators are met
  • Collate and manipulate operational data that will contribute to management reports
  • Collate and manipulate data that will support the SIA's strategic objectives
  • Provide management with the information they require to task and coordinate effectively
  • Develop and collate root cause analysis reporting procedures to ensure effective working with our service providers;
  • Conduct research into the private security industry to develop understanding of demand, economic impacts and other key influences
  • Contribute and action improvement measures for service changes
  • To ensure an effective and efficient real time resource plan is in place, able to deal with service fluctuations

Relevant Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • A high standard of written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to use reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI and SQL
  • Ability to create complex reports with multiple data sets, complex visualisations and features such as drill-downs Ability to create complex advanced finds in Microsoft CRM using multiple related entities and nested criteria
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft CRM including customisations and back-end working
  • Experience of gathering evidence, analysing information objectively and making decisions and recommendations to managers (essential).
  • Demonstrable ability to quickly develop close working relationships with colleagues and use these relationships to obtain relevant information.
  • Excellent IT skills.
